"I recently had to take a trip to the leasing office to handle a rent issue. This was my first time meeting Alyssa R in all of the 3 years I’ve lived here. She was amazing! Alyssa offered nothing but solutions all while having a positive attitude. Alyssa’s problem solving skills seemed to be unmatched. She was sweet, professional & genuine. "I just moved in 4 days ago. Although it is a newly renovated apartment, my fridge was not staying at the correct temperate. My freezer food thawed over night and had to be discarded. After a work order was entered when I was at work, Toby Barrios was assigned to my work order and arrived at my apartment within 30 minutes. He was very informative about the issue. He was honest, handled it well, and explained everything. The next day, it was perfect! The issue was handled quickly and left me prepared. Thank you Toby!"
