"I would agree with Laurice Youngblood review as well. I have tried twice to get information and apply. The first time it was through email to get information and was told by two representatives no one can come on the property to view the property and get info in October 2023 by email highlighted in yellow. I decided to try again for a second time in January 2024 and when I came in person to get information and the representative appeared nice at that time but that demeanor and attitude changed with communication by phone and email in the process of applying. I followed the representative instructons on calling a phone number and sending an email and filled out the pre qualifying form. The representative called me was rude and was in a hurry to get off the phone with me saying its late and requesting a pay stub by email to look at gross income which this is not even the income you actually bring home per month or year because they tax it. So when representative recieved pay stub they reviewed it and said nothing in the email but highlighted my gross amount. Okay so that doesn't tell me anything. So I emailed the representative and ask does it mean I don't qualify. The representative then responds to the email and said I highlighted your YTD its over income. This is not the way to treat potential tenants just because they are black and applying for tax credit housing."
