"If you only read one review, make sure it's this one. MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE. The leasing staff is some of the most incompetent I've ever dealt with. You will NEVER be able to contact them since they won't answer a phone. And don't bother leaving messages because they won't return them.. Dealing with management will make you want to drive your head through a wall. I also at times tried contacting Peak Living (the parent company) and they also never answer their phones. Must be a company policy to ignore calls.. Now let's talk about the roach and RAT infestation. I personally killed four rats in my apartment while staying there. Every morning I would wake up and there would be rat feces all over the carpet and kitchen counters. I asked them to fix the issue and all they did was place two traps in random spots that never caught anything. I asked them to fill the holes the rats could be getting in from and they said they need to catch the rat first!!! So until the rat is caught in a mouse trap I have to live with a rat roaming around my apartment at night. FUN! At one point, the front office sent a maintenance person to come help and he said "I don't get paid to deal with rats, so I don't know why they sent me. I'm not doing this". Perfect... My wife and I had to go stay with family because we could hear the rat knocking stuff around at night. Fun story: my wife and I came home one night and when we got inside the rat charged us at the front door. Good times. I would share a picture of the rats and the feces, but it would be unsettling to some. On top of the rats, there are baby roaches everywhere. As for the "amenities", they never distributed key fobs to get into the gym, the pool is open like 2 days a year, and the dog park has poop all in it. Additionally, the trash management system is terrible - the dumpsters are always overflowing and garbage bags fill the street (can also see rats running around the dumpster). Parents also let their kids run rampant here with no supervision at all hours of the night. I've lived in six different apartments over the past 10 years and this place is in its own league for 'Worst Apartment in Existence". I never write reviews and I wasn't going to, but what pushed me over the edge is 6 months after I moved out they sent a debt collection agency after me claiming I owed them rent for breaking my lease. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. This place won't change until their pockets start hurting. Peak Living / Somerset - when you see this review, don't bother writing "It's unfortunate hearing about this experience.." because you didn't care about any of this until it affected your Google Reviews. Rudy is the only person you should keep on staff - he's awesome."

"My application was accepted more than 2 weeks ago, I have all the requirements for the apartment, I have tried to contact you on several occasions, I have even gone to your offices without success. The numbers they provided me no working, email phone neither. very poor management and staff"

"You're better off moving into a family shelter than this community. The buildings are infested with roaches unlike anything I have ever seen in my entire life [and I've seen the insides of efficiencies before] yet the management will do absolutely nothing about it besides get bombs from the store. That's something that anyone could do. Mold was growing throughout the years of tenancy here and vents were never replaced or anything. Yet they would always increase rent prices without any justification or improvement. The pool would stay green, kids would set up basketball goals and block parking, there are literal trash mountains on both the top and bottom of the community, it's disgusting. Between the mold and roaches alone this place should be held responsible legally, it's not safe for living. I've seen better communication from a brick wall. The office is almost always closed, whenever you call it goes to voicemail, and they do THE absolute bare minimum to get by. Normally I never leave reviews on anything but man... This place needs to be investigated and rebuilt from the ground up. It's not worth your money, it's not safe, and if I could give it zero starts I would."

"Rudy was awesome in i repairing our air conditioning! He took his time and kept us abroad the whole time and in No time he was done! Even came back before ending his day to make sure all was still well! Great service !"
