"Will, Jamie, & Kay have all been a big help. The starting process started out a little rough but everyone was super accommodating. We mainly dealt with Jamie who’s just a great guy all around and is really there for you. Kay, was amazing for us during our move in day and provided everything we needed. Lastly, Will has only been here for about a month but is one of the best community managers I have ever dealt with. He’s super informative and sticks to his management groups values and policies. He has been super understanding and accommodating through this whole process. If you’re looking for a good place to call home, I highly recommend this place."

"I recently considered living at this property but unfortunately I got tired of getting the runaround from the leasing agent. I thought about what I wanted to say in my review and I think I'll say what first comes to mind when I now think of Authentix. That word would be -'incompetence'. If you are considering renting an apartment at this property do yourself a favor and try to work with anyone other then an employee named Kay. She truly has no clue what she is doing. The apartments look decent, and the property seems clean. They just need to obviously get better trained employees. After waisting almost a week going around in circles with them I called it quits. Sorry it didn't work out but my time is just as valuable as theirs. **Edit** My reply to the "Community Manager". My search went great. I went right up the street and got a brand new apartment within a day. You really should review your employees. Their incompetence is making your "community" look bad. Thanks for the comment though."
