"Went here to check out an available unit. It was in the process of being cleaned. There were dead roaches everywhere! Hundreds of them. Obviously the place had just been sprayed, but who lives where there are THAT many in one unit."

"Seriously don't waste your money and time here. I rented with them and they showed me an apartment and said it wasn't clean yet and that they were going to replace this and that blah blah. so once i move in, the carpet upstairs smells worse than a toliet. It was literally drenched with air freshener mixed with dog piss and cigarettes. i kept complaining to the front desk and told me they would gladly change the carpet at my own expense for 400$. The frig leaks water, the dish washer doesn't work. Oh and when I moved it i found RAT TRAPS underneath the stairs. On top of that during the summer i called for 2 months straight saying the air wasn't cooling and it was auper hot in my apartment and they kept saying oh it's fine we checked it etc. my bill was 250$ for two months straight! for a one bedroom!! the air wasn't even working and me leaving it on with hopes of it working was running my bill!! So finally after driving up there complaint more and more they finally checked it out and told me it wasn't working and so sorry that they had to order a piece which would take about 2 weeks. Seriously it's a joke! they don't care about replacing anything. Such a bad idea location. Bunch of drug activity at night loud music cars flying by and people asking you for money when walking to your mailbox and on top of that the trash pick up is a joke if the trash if full and you put a bag next to it they'll leave there instead of taking it."

"Carpet desperately needed replaced when we moved in. Oven was stained on inside. Stayed there for 12 months and tried to clean oven but would not get the streeks left by the last (no telling how many) tenants. On our leaving we got charged for not cleaning the carpet (that was in need of replacement) along with being charged with not cleaning the oven. (Which I cleaned) It was just my wife and I living there. We are very clean people. I made sure everything was in as good as shape as it was when we moved in. Changed light bolbs, replaced blinds, deep cleaned, chaned oven plates and more. Overall, not the worst place to live. Pretty much in the "hood". There is "f$@k the police" on the stop sign. Our neighbor smoked weed all the time and could smell it thru our house. Police surrounded our duplex due to our other neighbors. Pretty loud neighborhood. Don't recommend. Also when we moved in the place was infested with roaches. Landlord said they would only pay for bug man to come one time...no roaches whatsoever when we left."
