"If I could give this place triple zeros I could. The rented auto was to be returned at 8 am on Monday, as I had to flight to catch and a friend to take me to the airport. But no - there was a sign on the door that they were out picking up cars. My friend obviously could not return the car without a receipt for it. We were three hours late leaving for the airport and had to rush to get there. I boarded my plane one minute before they shut the door. I was almost out 500 for my flight. My friend felt horrible that I almost missed it. And what f I had needed a car at 8 am for a business meeting or a funeral? This is unprofessionalism at its worst. Those cars could have been picked up before the business opened or employees hired for the purpose of retrieving them"

"Rented from Enterprise in Jasper, GA May 05-13. Upgraded to a mid-size SUV (Murano) which was very nice for our trip to Florida. Vehicle had over 55k miles but drove well and good gas mileage (26 mpg). The staff at this location were outstanding. Didn't have any issues during our trip and return (after hours) was simple. I have rented several times from this location and would not hesitate to rent again. Job well done!"
