"The morning shift guy should not work customer service. We had a 1:00 check-out they came knocking since 11. It was getting tiresome. We told housekeeping that the lady last night said we could check-out at 1. The guy came banging on the door telling us he was calling the cops. This place is horrible. I'm a Choice employee myself, I know the rules and protocol. He should lose his job."

"My family and I experienced a house fire the week before Christmas. I cannot say enough how phenomenal the staff is here. They have been a huge blessing during our almost 4 week stay. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel itself is well kept and very very clean. Our circumstances have lead us to the best temporary home we could ask for. Highly recommend to anyone passing through Dawsonville, whether it’s for the night or a week! The staff define hospitality. They really care for their guests! I wish I could give a 10 ⭐️ rating because without a doubt the quality inn of dawsonville,ga is the absolute best!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely horrible experience We were charged 6 times and 3 pet fees. The water was barely hot. The room was subpar in terms of cleanliness, a big hole in the wall with the pipes showing. Front desk was kind enough to move us but we needed 2 beds and the moved room had 1 We decided to keep the room with the lukewarm water and make it a night. Being a Choice member this was it for us. Never again stepping foot in a Choice hotel. Sad!"

"I loved staying here. The rooms were very clean and organized. They provided us with free internet, access to television and we were able to get breakfast there. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very friendly and pet friendly. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend."
