His guys took great care in helping us salvage as much of our personal property as possible and did a fantastic job cleaning up the site. When I had furnace troubles two days later, he again picked up right away and had someone out 4 hours later on one of the coldest days of the year. He is empathetic and immediately responsive. I can’t recommend him highly enough!"

"K&D is wonderful! Deejay is such a caring, friendly person & he made sure that his crew did an excellent job on our foyer. The wood underneath the plywood was all rotted out due to termites & it was a very dangerous situation for our family. We’ve had a termite agreement for over 20 years but our termite company said they were not covering any of the cost because there were no live termites that they could find. Deejay was so sympathetic to us. He is a great guy who really cares about people. We also used K&D for an A/C problem and had a wonderful experience with Nguyen, who put new central air in downstairs. All the people who work at K&D are great! Jose was so helpful & personable, as well as Kham, Tan & Sam. K&D is fair on their pricing & very honest, as well! Thanks K&D for a job well done!"
