"The listing needs to be updated with an accurate phone number. Even tenants don't know where to call. Nobody ever picks up, even if someone is SUPPOSED to be in the office. That is another thing, recently nobody is even at the property. It's a rare occurrence to see management there. As far as amenities go, gym is basically non existent since all the equipment is gone. Playground needs upkeep as well. The units themselves are decent but desperately need the air vents, ducts and whatever else cleaned, most units are humid, musty and have mildew or even mold. Sad nothing ever gets done. Most maintenance orders either get ignored or take forever. On the bright side, at least we are getting more than a days notice of pest control needing to come in our apartment."
