"Richard and Brandon at MVP are great fellas. Couldn't ask for better property owners to rent or rent to own from. Most all the homes in the park have been or are in the process of being remodeled. They keep the place clean and there are some new rules in place to asure it remains this way. Maintenance on the properties is done for the most part by Chad who is also a great guy and easy to talk to. He will listen to your concerns and write them down and address them with the owner so that he knows whats going on and what needs to be taken care of. Water is provided up to 2500 gallons a month. Power is North Ga Electric. If you are looking for a place to live and cant afford some of the higer priced places around this area I highly recommend you come and talk to Richard. 4156 Hwy 225 N Chatsworth Ga"

"I wouldn't rent from Richard he is a slumlord our heat won't work unless the thermostat it turned up to 80 when it gets turned on to 68 or 70it blows cold air... He is a true slumlord nothing else gets fixed our floor is falling through with a child in the home and he won't fix it very disappointed"
