"Absolutely loved the room very clean and comfortable but the night clerk very rude. It was 2 women checking in at 1 am and here was very rude and disrespectful"

"Where do I start? The room I was in had a fridge in it that made this high pitch sound that was so bad I had to finally unplug it after 2 days because it was giving me a headache. I also had no hot water in my room so taking a shower was miserable. They say they have a complimentary breakfast but it consists of these gross muffins and cereal with no milk. Yes you read that right they don't provide milk for the cereal. They charge over 650$ per week over 700$ if you have a pet. They also have a pool but good luck using it because it's covered up with a tarp. Other then the housekeeping there who are a group of wonderful people I literally can't think of one thing I really liked about the place. At least the Budget Inn down the road has hot water."

"Room is clean and nice. All I need is clean sheets, strong shower and quiet environment to get good rest after long way driving. I suppose to sleep till 10 am but housekeeper woke me up at 8.30, than another time she came at 9 am. I asked why she disturb me and she told me that front desk told her I left. How front desk knows I left if I was here sleeping??? I understand that she just needs to clean rooms and go home. But it wasn’t busy day. Not many rooms were occupied. Come later or leave till tomorrow. And don’t disturb guests. I am broken, I have headache, I didn’t get enough sleep. I’m very disappointed. I would give 5 stars for a room and shower/strong/ but I would give any stars for disturbing me. I don’t care about breakfast or tv but good sleep, rest. By the way here is no breakfast but lots of places to eat. Room price is affordable and worth of room. My suggestion for future guests is to notify front desk in the evening do not disturb you till 10 am if you want to sleep longer."

"The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day, and the beds were super comfy. The staff was friendly and patient. A few gripes; the pool wasnt open, and it looked like it hadn't been for a long time. And sadly I couldn't get in the lobby for coffee in the mornings."

"We stayed here for a single night. I had called the front desk to ask if they could let my husband check us in even though it was booked in my name and they said I needed to change the reservation name. No big deal, but their language and tone was quite rude. When my husband did check us in, and asked for things like the ice machine and where the room was, he got very vague pointing and again, rude tone and attitude. The room was ok. It was a smoking room (my fault, and booked on accident.) There were holes in the covers, like all of them. All the way down to the sheets. Burn marks on the tub. But it was otherwise fairly clean for the price we paid. When we went to check out, I tried to slide the young man the room keys and let him know which room was leaving, as you do. He was very rude yet again and just told me to "drop the keys on the counter" and then wouldn't make eye contact. The service could have changed this review quite a lot. Also the pool is never open. They just list it in the booking. The do not clean it or open it."
