"I live at these apartments (preserve side) and things inside of the apartment happen and we have to put in a work order to get it fixed (as all apartments you live in). Thinking it would take a week, the technician (Joshua Cheatham) called the very next day and fixed the problem within 20 minutes of him calling. Love the staff here. 5/5"

"We have only been here for 9 months and were looking to expand to another apartment complex, from where we currently reside, that would suit our families needs, better. It is always nerve wracking when looking for apartments but with Preserves Parc, it was peaceful! Bethany has exceptional interpersonal skills, professional as they come, and a radiant personality. When I think of living somewhere I always want to make sure I connect with the management first and foremost, regardless of how nice a place is, it is more valuable for us to enjoy the quality of the people who work there. Bethany absolutely sold it for us. I feel I could call her for anything and she would be there if I had any concerns. Along with the apartments being beautiful, the customer service was what made it. Even Mackayla in the front office had a fun, sweet, kind nature about her. She made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. Though we have not moved in just yet, we will be because of the great experience and kindness of the staff. I will post another update when we fully move in and get more of a feel for this beautiful community, to give a more in depth commentary of what we will experience as residents. We are so very excited. Everyone should give this place a check before going else where. You'll feel the warmth we did. Especially as a mom, this is extremely important! I Look forward to getting to experience more with our new community in the near future!"
