"I have only lived here a week. Paperwork received at lease signing says quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. It also states 2 dogs. My upstairs neighbors have 4. I get woken up between 5 and 6 any day they work. Then they bark throughout the day. Nothing has been done. I have also been warned of all night parties that management does nothing about. The apartment itself is great but there needs to be more done by the management to control issues that come up."
