"This location was wonderful! We had a long day of traveling with 3 kids and Kolby made everything pleasant and efficient. He offered customer service that you don’t expect anymore. He was welcoming and helpful, exactly what we needed after the drive. Thank you Kolby for making our stay 5/5! You are top notch- this location is lucky to have you! The room was clean, the breakfast was lovely and the kids loved the indoor pool!"

"This was a lovely hotel to stay at. Clean, great choices for breakfast, and friendly staff all around. Calhoun is also a quiet, small area, as someone who is from Florida, it was a nice change. Would stay here again in the future."

"This hotel could use some work. Floor tiles in both elevators are cracked and loose - hazardous. The toilet in my room stuck after each flush - I had to come back and jiggle the handle each time to get it to stop. Many stains on the carpeted hallways. Bed was comfortable. Receptacles on the bedside lamp are worn and plugs fit very loosely in them. Fridge and microwave in the room are very convenient. Breakfast was good, as was the coffee. Shower/bathtub was excellent. No tissue boxes in the room or bathroom at all."

"I'm not sure if I'm starting at a Marriott owned hotel or a roadside motor lodge. The place is crumbling apart. I'll post pictures of I can. On a positive note, the mobile check-in finally worked and my room key was ready when I arrived. As a bonvoy member, this definitely makes me reconsider my choice in hotel cards in which to accumulate points. Considering Hilton or Hyatt now."

"I checked in late here in the middle of an overnight drive to Nashville. Anna at the front was so helpful and sweet. Gina as well. 10/10 as far as staff goes. One of the best Fairfield’s I’ve stayed at."
