"Where do we begin!!! This place is the worst !!!moved into briarwood in Feb. June 7 we got letter stating that they sold the property a month ago & rent raised from 600 to 900/month.. when I asked Olivia about this she acted as if it was a discount due to her actually being able to charge over 1200$/ mo... not to mention the large rats that live inside the walls and scratch VERY LOUDLY all throughout the day and night.. even seen a few which cause me and my little ones to be frightened in our own home...when I brought this to turkey neck’s(oops I meant) Olivia’s attention she acted as if they were going to bring an exterminator.. one never showed and she said there was really nothing they could do.. there were holes throughout the apartment I asked to be filled.. they never did and Olivia was never found when looked for.. please save yourself time .. this place is beyond horrible .. one of the trashiest places I have ever stayed due to the rat infestation... I would rate this place a ZERO..."
