"If I could give a zero I would. This place is roach and rodent infested. Inspections are a joke. If it's not tip top shape you'll be threatened to get kicked out. If you feel like being micromanaged on how you live and fighting off roaches. Sure, live here. It's cheap so you get what you pay for. You have to stay on top of maintenance for literally anything. Cause if not they won't fix it for months. If your AC is out they will let you burn up the entire weekend. God forbid you get a window unit to stay comfortable in a place you pay to live. Your kids can't play on their bikes or skateboards without it being a problem. This place is seriously a joke."

"I wish I could give zero stars. We put in an application and paid all application fees about 2 and half months ago. At that time they said they have plenty of apartments available now every week when I call they don't have any or they are still processing applications. This last week I called and the office said they have never even seen my application. Also the office workers are rude."

"Nice, quiet environment. Still this is a family community and kids are not allowed to play on the sidewalk w their toys. There's not regular playgrounds but a swing area where older kids don't let the little ones play & the slides have been out of use, "on repair" for like 3 months now...."

"Don’t rent here unless it’s last resort. Management harasses you especially the lady in the front office. Her name is Krista. She also smokes weed and has made jokes about it in front of us and has been seen stealing things out of residents apartments. She continuously harassed me when I stayed there even went as far as taking my personal information and looked me up on facebook and messaged me on messenger with inappropriate content trying to cause more drama. And Martha is no better. She doesn’t care about her residents, only cares about her cheap rent and illegally evicts people from their homes. They rarely get actual eviction notices. They literally type out letters, claiming you have to move, that are not legit at all. The rent price is not worth living in a super toxic apartment complex."

The lady at the front desk talkin about other tenants confidential information , cursing in front of my child, talking about how she hates her job and needs a drink of alcohol, said she was ready to tell Martha to stick the job up her—- , I was beyond in shock and so was my child. The lady at the front desk said if Martha wants it done she can get off her lazy —- and do it herself, very rude and disrespectful to me and my child with her language, and disclosing other tenants personal info they will be reported to The proper authorities, I have proof , The lady at the front desk also said she needed to go smoke a “blunt” in front of my little child, I reported to Martha Stewart and nothing was done , so very sad"
