"Renovated? More like threw a bandaid on it. Cheap and shoddy interior work, sewage seeping thru the yard (you can smell it) and I visited a friend and you could smell the cigarette smoke from another tenant INSIDE the apt. Smelled like the were sitting next to me lighting up. Floors move and creak and carpet is terrible."
