The McGinnis Memorial Apartments (The Hi-Rise) just underwent a extensive remodel in 2015-2016 and 2 new elevators where also installed the spring of 2018I also believe all on the other apartment complexs have been modernize. The office staff as well as th maintenance team go above the call of duty they do a great job."
