"Absolutely disgusting how people are treated. Booked online with orbitz and when arrived, was told they do not take online reservations or payments and that my sister and her 4 month old would have to pay for her room. Lied to the booking agency and to avoid being double charged, we were finally able to cancel the online reservation (that they do not honor and did not have on file)… and she returned with cash AND deposit, she was told that because the online reservation was canceled she no longer had a room!!!! Update.. because no you are not going to turn it around. There was no animal and never questioned of an animal in the car.. there was a baby!! And when we did cancel the online booking so we would not be double charged and she was willing to pay the deposit and the room fee, you said because we canceled the booking there was no longer a room available."

"DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE This place is horrible, unprofessional and very discriminative. They were upset because we were not please with the soiled bed sheets on the bed. There was no empathy or accommodation to change them. Because we checked the room 1st, and the beds were heavy soiled and we notified them to see if they can provide new bedding they refused to rent to us and then told me they were sold out for the night with only 5 cars in the parking lot!"
