"These area some scam artist! Called to find out about placing an order for my wife’s birthday. They said as long as the order is placed 24 hours prior to arrival, they can meet the request. I placed the order 48hours. The location listed is between my child’s daycare & our house. So initially I planned on picking it up. Upon ordering I was hit with $15 worth of surprise delivery fees & other fees. Still went through with the purchase. On the day of my wife’s birthday, I called after 10am to find out when to expect delivery. I was told “They weren’t sure because the delivery is contracted out through another group. But they’ll contact me once they have info about delivery & time.” 5pm goes by & now I’m concerned because I’m suppose to take my wife out for dinner & her bouquet hasn’t arrived. After we pick up our daughter from daycare I decide to pass by the location to see if they’re even there. To my surprise, the entire building is now a Piedmont medical facility. When I spoke to a representative I was suppose to be refunded my purchase because their records indicated the product was never made nor delivered. Here it is three weeks later; I had to call & speak with a representative again & I still haven’t received a refund. Just save yourself the time & money from this false establishment."
