"Ordered flowers over 2 weeks in advance, they never showed up. I even called earlier in the day to verify and was assured that they would be delivered. This is the worst flower shop I have seen, I would not recommend unless you want to just throw your money away."

Just as I was about to lose hope, my sister sent this picture. The flowers were 10 times more beautiful than the website. I'm so happy with the product and just wish contact was easier. "I purchase this online for all the great grand children. I was so embarrassed and so mad by the flower arrangements at my mother in laws funeral . She was a patriarch of Henry County and she didn’t deserve brown old flowers . Plus they used red roses instead of pink roses as advertised . I realize their policy states they have the right to change the flower but the rusty brown wilted flowers were unsatisfactory. I tried calling Rubys several times and no one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full . I would had appreciated a phone call if they didn’t have certain flowers and a simple phone call could have solved this problem . This arrangement was a lot of money and I would have brought them back to get a refund but the funeral home removed them. I still want a full refund !"
