"Ordered flowers over 2 weeks in advance, they never showed up. I even called earlier in the day to verify and was assured that they would be delivered. This is the worst flower shop I have seen, I would not recommend unless you want to just throw your money away."

"I purchase this online for all the great grand children. I was so embarrassed and so mad by the flower arrangements at my mother in laws funeral . She was a patriarch of Henry County and she didn’t deserve brown old flowers . Plus they used red roses instead of pink roses as advertised . I realize their policy states they have the right to change the flower but the rusty brown wilted flowers were unsatisfactory. I tried calling Rubys several times and no one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full . I would had appreciated a phone call if they didn’t have certain flowers and a simple phone call could have solved this problem . This arrangement was a lot of money and I would have brought them back to get a refund but the funeral home removed them. I still want a full refund !"
