"My appt to pickup was ar 6p. I called to see if my load was ready about 10a. About 1p I head that way which was about 2hrs away from where I parked. About 9mins away, I received a call from Alicia saying my load was ready. I arrived and checked in and was told to drop my trailer at the washbay. Then one of the yard guys pulled my trailer out for me and that. The process was easy and everyone so nice and helpful. There is no parking though. Thank you FPL Foods!"

"Trust me when I say do not come here If your company sends you here decline it load still not ready after an appt for 2300 here it is 0600 est delivery is cst 0700 no one answers the phone here you will waste your clock you will waste your time with these folks it isn’t worth the headache. No over night parking, no bathroom good luck good riddance to this place"

"The harassment that goes on in this facility is ridiculous. From verbal, to physical, as well as sexual. It’s not like other plants at all. The HR department is unfathomably unreliable in more ways than one and continuously punishes the harassment victims. Pressing the issue in house gets nowhere unless you call a lawyer. Going there to simply do your job is impossible. You will be harassed daily and sadly the supervisors as well as safety and HR will laugh in your face because they know they are not going to do anything to the actual problem maker. It’s sad to say the least. If you love yourself I simply suggest that you don’t put yourself through any of it. Since I’ve been here I’ve been filled with nothing but anxiety and stress due to what I have to deal with daily. So much so that I can’t emote correctly in my home life. ITS NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE."

"Been here twice and both experiences weren't horrible. The lot is extremely tight to maneuver. If there is an open space, you may have to blind side into it so that you can turn around to exit out. Process for drop and hooks have changed. You will being dropping your empty at their drop yard on Campbell St (about 2 miles away) and then return to main building to pick up loaded trailer. Hoping they improve the process further so we don't have to navigate the small lot at check-in. Also, don't bother calling as they never answer the phone in shipping."

"2nd time here. Make sure you DO NOT pull in pass guard shack with your trailer always drop it either on the shoulder of the street or the lot next door which is always pack. People here have attitudes for no reason. If your job is that stressful just quit. My pick up last time i waited 10hrs. Pick up today was for 2300 an the office closes at 0100 now I have to wait til 0700 maybe even longer smh. LAST TIME!"
