"0500 apt arrived 0450, door at 0500, finished unloading at 1100, $575 lumper fee. denied 2 pallets because they stopped carrying product lol never again"

"Arrived 0430 for 0500 appointment, finally got to door at 5:45, might get finished around noon, lumper service EXTREMELY SLOW and severely over priced, other than that, it’s not a terrible place. Parking lot extremely large yet drivers are required to park on side of the road off the property. Very few trucks coming to deliver, yet taking them in excess of 6 hours to unload one truck. Very POOR!!!!!!"

"02/20/2023 Arrived at 0700 for 0800 appt. Guards were nice. Drivers enter in the red door of to the left of gate at the end of building. Lady at the driver check in window was nice as well. This is a lumper facility, with CAPSTONE!! You will wait for person who unloads truck to count product before you get your BOLS. The Lady that OVERSEES that process is NOT so pleasant!! That is the reason for 1 star. Also, there is no turning lane from John Adams Rd off of Hwy 267."

"Almost had a great day with them until i have to wait for text reply for me to get my bol. Check in with the guard shack super nice lady over therr, point you to red door west of the building, checkin and will give u a door, slide tandem all the way back and chock wheels, wait for text message for the lumper fee, pay and wait for reply that your bills is ready before coming back to the office (did not received), so i suggest after successfully paying for your lumper online, wait 30mins to an hoir and if theres no text message go to the office and ask for it. Big lot, they don't seem to mind if you park inside after emptying your trailer"

"Took 3 hours to unload a dry 53ft trailer smh gotta walk all the around the fence and on grass to get to the check in entrance the read door is exit only..be ready for Lumper fee"
