"The employees here are the best, love you guys, all kinds of stuff at better prices than the other big chains, great nightgowns, my favorite Nicki M chips, I bought TV fan ac here all work great."
"Senior! Wednesday! Wednesday! Wednesday! This is your day! The extra 10% discounts really helps! The store is a treasure trove of reasonable, unique, and necessary items. I love ❤️ shopping here any day of the week or just browsing the isles for unexpected surprises and deals!"
"WOW! What a horrible shopping experience. The store was very cluttered and customer service was terrible. The black manager was very unprofessional. I wanted to purchase some batteries. The batteries were on a $1 peg and she made the comment that the price was on the batteries and she couldn't give away all that money, but when she checked, all the batteries were in the wrong place. Instead of taking care of the customer, she started pulling the batteries and stayed over there having a conversation with herself! How ghetto! I will not shop there again! I rate this sore a ZERO!"
"The prices are ok but the customer service is horrible. I went into the store to purchase two chairs. One chair had a price tag of $16.99, however, I was charged $17.99 for it. I brought this to the Cashiers attention who told me I must be mistaken. It was only $1.00 difference so I did not make an issue of it at the time. After I loaded the items in my car I went back in. I took a picture of the chair with the price tag and showed it the Cashier. She then reluctantly paged her Manager. After waiting and extended period of time she paged her Manager a second time. The Manager slowly walked over and the Cashier explained what happened. The Manager then asked that I show her the chair. I walked to the area where the chairs were. The Manager walked behind me and while she did not say anything verbally her body language indicated that she must have been bothered by the idea that I was making an issue about $1. We got to the chairs and verified the amount was $16.99. We walked be to the Cashier and the Manager informed me I would have to get to the end of the line to be refunded. At this time there were seven people in line. The Manager should have allowed the Cashier to process my refund once she finished with the customer whose items were currently being scanned. Sending someone to the back of the line after they had waited for ten minutes is unacceptable. Yes, I am being petty because I moved to Quincy little more than a year ago and I have easily spent over $2000 at this store during that time frame yes I am being petty because I work hard from every dollar I earn. Yes, I am being petty the customer is always right. I was not loud, rude, or out of pocket in the store. If you look at prior Google reviews I have made for other businesses you will see I consistently post positive reviews. For me to take time out to post something negative is a clear indication something is wrong. How many other citizens of Gadsden county have been charged more than the sticker price and just didn't catch it? Is this a common practice? From now on I will drive the two extra miles to Walmart or Dollar General. I am sure they will appreciate the extra $2000 or more being spent at their business per year"
