"Ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate strawberries for my mother's birthday yesterday, and I literally cried when she sent me the pictures of what was delivered. The flowers were half dead and the strawberry leaves were wilted and obviously not fresh. I'm beyond disappointed. Definently not worth one red cent."

"My husband picked up some flowers and chocolate-covered strawberries for Valentine's Day today. It was a madhouse in there. The entry door was literally ripped off its hinges. The place was packed. A customer was berating the employee because an order that she had made this morning- on Valentine's Day- wasn't ready yet, due to extenuating circumstances at their location. The employee remained polite and professional the entire time. He was amazing. Kudos to you, sir. AND the strawberries are delicious (pic below of them half eaten) and flowers are beautiful. "I wish I had read the reviews here before I placed my online order. I was out of town for my husband’s birthday and thought this would be a fun surprise for him. My employer has often had edible arrangements delivered and they were always fantastic. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. The pineapples were already turning brown when delivered and were cut very messy, the bananas were overripe and brown in the center, the strawberries were sour and some brown in color (not pictured) , and the melon has virtually no flavor at all. The arrangement was sloppy and not much better than I could’ve done my self. Very, very disappointed and will be requesting a refund."
