"I recently ordered some flowers for my occupational therapist to thank her for giving me back my life after a car accident. When I called, I let them know it would be designers choice and gave them the dollar amount I would spend. I picked Owens quite honestly because they open an hour earlier than any other florist and I needed to pick the flowers up on my way to my last appointment. When I arrived about 15 minutes after they opened, they were almost finished with the arrangement and only had to wait a couple of minutes. I wish so much that I had taken a picture of the arrangement, but let me just say my occupational therapist took pictures of it right away to send to her family! She was in awe and just thrilled! The arrangement absolutely exceeded my expectations! It was stunning, beautiful, and honestly more than I could have imagined! I believe the young lady that made the arrangement is named Summer. I will stop by to drop off an extra tip for her because the arrangement was just an absolute work of art!! Everyone at the shop was so friendly and kind, even when I called over the phone to place the order. I would absolutely recommend Owens flower shop and will absolutely use them again!"

"Ordered from flowers from you, and received a bouquet that I paid $98.00 for, and to say it was less than advertised was an understatement. That being said I spoke with Stacie today, and found that this was a third party order, so they took it in as a cheaper purchase. My order was absolutely not what the website promised, and sold me, HOWEVER… I spoke with Stacie today, and she was super sweet, and we were able to talk.
