"I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered flowers and they were horrible!! They were half dead and the quality was extremely poor. I do not recommend. The cheesecake was disgusting too! Complete waste of money."

"I received a delivery on Mother's Day and could not enjoy the berries because I was not feeling well. Called the store after the day and they replaced the berries with a fresh new order. Now that's real customer service. I took a chance and they said "because you're a Mom......" I really appreciated what they did! Will certainly keep them in mind for future orders."

I spent $63 dollars for a dozen of Sweetheart strawberries and it looked like my 2yr old grandson prepared it for me with no assistance...lol..they looked horrible I was so disappointed when my boyfriend opened the box. So I called the 1877 number and I told the lady about it and she said ; “What You Want Me To Do”, I said a refund! She didn’t even offer a coupon for a new order..smh..or a simple “I apologize for your order”"
