"We ordered white and red roses. We got 5 roses and some carnations and daisies with some greenery. This was $118.00 plus $15.00 delivery fee (not far from the shop). I just feel like they should have told us if we weren’t getting what we ordered, especially since it was already paid for."

"Never Never Never trust a date on them. I placed and paid my $115 order one week before the delivery date (Valentine's Day). My girlfriend didn't receive anything. I called at 4 pm during the day and they confirmed the bouquet was out for delivery but we got no flowers nor any calls. The next day I called them and nicely asked for my refund but the guy on the phone just told me that he couldn't reach the driver assigned to my order(mysteriously) and he needed to confirm what happened first. I called 2 hours later and he refused to give me my refund until he got more info. Even after failing in their only task, at this point, they are literally stealing my money."

"Very disappointing. Nothing like the deluxe floral arrangement I ordered from the picture. It was for a very special couple and it makes me look like a cheapskate, yet I paid nearly $80 for it. It looked like it was thrown together and much smaller. It certainly wasn't deluxe. It is an embarrassment. I will never use Joys Flowers in Chattanooga again. Shame on them and a total waste of my hard earned dollars."
