"My name is kamesia carter. I had the most horrible experience with fast cash and tax too in bremen ga. They lied to me. I went to file my taxes with them in jan. When done i thought that everything was fine. Im fairly new to filing taxes. They took advantage of my ignorance. They had me thinking that i was going to get 1 amount back. When i was going on the irs website to check my refund status it will never pull up. So i called the irs. Told them my information and when i gave them the amount that i was suppose to have gotten back, the lady told me a different amount. And the amount that she gave me was $700 more than what fast cash and tax too given me. Come to find out they charged me $700 to file my taxes. And the loan they claim to be free is not free. I was denied for the loan but was still charged $100. I called them about it and they told me that if your approved or denied to apply for the loan its $100. But their sign says the loan is free. I stated that to her. The tax preparer and she tells me it is free. How is it free when you have to pay either way for the loan. I will not recommend anyone there. They took advantage of a person who didnt know. But at least now i do."
