"Catherine is the worst agent I have ever used. Not only did she prepare all my taxes incorrectly( she was supposed to be doing a 500x form but instead did a 500 form) and when I tried to reach her to get them fixed she completely ignored me not responding to phone calls or emails. I had to then call another location and they fixed what she did incorrectly. Not professional at all."
