"You’ll clearly notice a trend in the reviews, but wanted to share my experience, as well. Since 2019 I’ve bought from TYTY nursery. This year the quality of their trees and bulbs has been absolute garbage. They wrapped all five plants I purchased into one rootball and taped it up. The trees looked awful when I took them out of the box. I followed up with them immediately and they always said “wait.” So I did. Every few weeks I would send an update and request a refund. They made me take numerous photos (20+) and every time they would ask for more photos and to “wait.” This is $350+ in trees… They overcharge on their trees (given the quality) and shipping. I will never buy from them again, and I would advise others not to either. Truly awful business."

"I wish I could give them zero stars honestly. After ordering 5 flowering pear trees, and literally having them jammed into the box with limbs broken, only 3 survived. I’ve planted well over 100 trees this year alone, so I’m well versed in shock and adaptation. Aside from that, one the “trees” was literally a straight twig with zero branching. Reading all the reviews AFTER this had me worried because the reviews claimed they never respond. Well when they did respond I was immediately relieved, but for about 5 seconds as Marlene told me they will eventually branch out and to be patient, meanwhile 3 are slowly throwing leafs. They then wanted a scratch test pic to prove it was dead and they would offer store credit. Now I have to wait to next spring to have to play catch up. It is what it is at this point, but they can shove their store credit up there a$$. Thank you for absolutely nothing TY TY !!! Edit to this review. After posting this they did reach out and plan to ship two new trees when the weather is favorable and the plants are dormant. If they follow through I’ll update my review accordingly."
