"Would give zero stars if I could. The first day of packing went fine other than the fact that they didn’t get much packed. Completely new packers came the second day and got the rest packed but not without me having to remind them several times through out the day things needed to be packed. At the end of the second day all our bathrooms didn’t get packed, end tables weren’t emptied, mattress covers weren’t left for the loaders to put on, boxes were left untaped and not marked and not inventoried. Loaders were supposed to be here between 10am-Noon today and didn’t show up until 5:15pm….if my husband hadn’t made phone calls to transportation earlier in the day we would have never heard from the loaders or anyone about what was going on. They also sent a truck to small for our goods, so not only are they going to be here all night loading what they can in this truck but they are sending a completely different truck another day to pick up what’s left. Just wanted to share our experience"
