"They gave my full name and address to another customer and told them their package was delivered at my house. It was not delivered at our home and someone showed up at our home at 8:00pm asking me for their package. Called ups customer service and they did nothing since I didn’t have a tracking number for a package I was not supposed to receive. This is beyond unprofessional and can be very dangerous. Be aware!"

"I absolutely hate this facility because every time my package comes here they always hold my stuff hostage. My package arrived here Saturday 10/14/23, and they always hold it there 3 or 4 days before it comes to its destination. The problem I have with this is I live in Cordele and Cordele is about 20 minutes from Unadilla and it shouldn’t take this long for it to arrive to my house"

"This UPS location has lost multiple packages of mine. I was refilling Amazon prescriptions and this last time, they reportedly attempted 3 different days, and on the 4th day they lost the package. Their customer service line is a joke"

"I have a monthly subscription from Amazon that always arrives on the 3rd or before. Today I received a text saying Delivery attempted at 10:40 am. I hot the text at 10:48. On Amazon page it says Unfortunately UPS ran into an issue when attempting delivery. They will try again. No explanation. This always seems to happen the day before a holiday. Also Unadilla post is only 4 miles from our house yet some deliveries come at 10 pm.. This is why I order Christmas gifts from Amazon months in advance."
