"This place needs to hire staff that knows how to properly talk to people. I stayed here a while ago and the front desk lady who was white and had glasses was the rudest lady ever. Not only that, the hotel was disgusting! There were roaches all over our room, staff refused to do anything about it. Don't even eat the breakfast there, it's disgusting and the eggs were so rotten I got sick to my stomach. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I am furious and angry. This location needs new management asap"

"The room was ok. There was dust in the furniture. And the bathroom floor tile was loose. But it was clean. Was woke up around 4 in the morning with some woman yelling ng for an hour. Then went to eat breakfast. All the yogurt was expired. The waffle mix was nasty."

"If I could give a negative star, I would. My husband has stayed there numerous times for business ess with no issue. He goes tonight to stay after working all day, and because I was the one who booked it, they wouldn't let him check in because I wasn't with him. They wouldn't allow him to use the business card. The front desk lady was extremely hateful to him from the time he walked in the door. I witnessed it because I was on the phone with him at the time. And then she refused to give her name. I've never experienced such hateful customer service for no reason. It males me want to pick a different hotel chain other than Wyndham. We are wyndham rewards members and he has stayed in hundreds of their hotels and have never had this problem. Disgraceful."

"Hotel was nice and clean . The room was beautiful. I absolutely love the Dove products they provided. Tons of places within walking distance. The night clerk even had a bottle opener. Highly recommend."

"It's a good place to rest for an overnight trip. Elevator seemed a little sketchy and one of the bed comforters looked like it needed to be changed. Small smidge across the top blanket. Other than that, the stay was not bad and the staff was extremely polite and helpful."
