"Can park here night before delivery. Park on the side of the building next to dumpster. Room for 3-4 trucks. Do not back into door per employee because they randomly are loading their trucks. They will wake you up at 5am for door assignment. Bring snacks nothing around. 510 an already unloading."

"Delivered on 5/17/22 Overnight parking available if you get there after 8/9pm when they’re about to close. There’s some dirt along the side of the building that you can possibly fit a good 3/4 trucks if you line up correctly. They have 4 possible docks to back into. After 10pm the company drivers leave to deliver loads which opens up at least 2 dock doors. If you get there around that time just back right in and enjoy your sleep till about 5:30am in the morning when receiving knocks on your door. Pretty much FCFS so if your already in a door you’ll get unloaded first. Can’t really speak on unloading time. I luckily only had 1 pallet so it was a 10 minute process to unload sign bills and leave."
