Simply bring your tracking number and ID, and your package will be ready for pickup once notified. Packages must be securely sealed, properly labeled, weigh less than 55 pounds, and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this service, and you can also drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled online shopping returns with a FedEx label. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, as long as they have a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment.
