Our company was put in a bad situation while working with overdrive when a former dispatcher at the time of accepting the load decided to send another carrier to pick it up without broker consent nor Forum ownership consent. Thanks to the professionalism of Brian Kelley, (the broker with Overdrive) he was able to find out what’s going on and bring to our attention. Needless to say that dispatcher was terminated immediately. Brian doing his job did issue our company a freight guard report to warn other brokers but after a thorough investigation has yet to remove this damning report. He has PAID us for a load that was on hold which we are thankful for and CONTINUES to answer my calls which is a blessing on its own. Undecided about the freight guard report for now, but praying for a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE that Mr Kelley would extend that chance by taking down his report so we start working back to the reputation we worked so hard for prior to this incident. So thank you Mr Kelley, regardless of how you decide to proceed with the Freightguard report. Happy Holidays and God Bless!!!!"
