"I totally disagree with previous review about the post master at Warm Springs. It must have been a visiting post master. Because I have never ever heard the female post master be rude or disrespectful ever. I would like to apologize to you be our regular post master is beyond helpful. She make it a point to get to know everyone who comes in so that she can better assistance in the future. And she is a great person beyond her duties. She was out a few times last year and I wasn't to happy with the gentleman they bought in. He was a little short in manners. But overall, the regular post master at Warm Springs is wonderful sweet and helpful."
