Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment. Please ensure your package is boxed, sealed, and labeled before arriving at the location, as no shipping or packing materials are provided on site. For assistance with packing supplies or help with dangerous goods/hazardous material shipments, visit a staffed FedEx location in Warm Springs or a participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location.
