FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 1762 Mars Hill Road in Acworth, Georgia. You can save time by dropping off or picking up your pre-labeled FedEx packages at this location. Simply pack and seal your package, create a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off - it's that easy! If you have a QR code for a return, just bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label for you.
There are no additional fees for using this FedEx OnSite location, and most FedEx Express and Ground packages are accepted. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also welcome. Just make sure your package is securely sealed and properly labeled before dropping it off. If you need packaging supplies or assistance with packing, visit a staffed FedEx location in Acworth.
Returns are also easy at this location. If you have a pre-printed FedEx label, simply drop off your sealed package. If not, request a return label from the online store and bring the QR code to Walgreens for printing. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.

"The staff working the Drop-Off station were slow to assist and rude. I waited patiently while they processed the customer ahead of me. When I got to the counter with no one else behind me, they proceeded to talk to each other and boxed items that have been collected for dispatch, leaving me standing for an additional five minutes When they turn their attention to me the two items that I had to drop off were processed separately. Upon completing the transaction the representative handed me a receipt with no review of paperwork so as I’m leaving the store I look at the paperwork she handed me to find only one of the items documented. I go back to the counter to tell her of the missing receipt. She reaches down to the printer gets the receipt and reluctantly hands me the receipt with no apology or again no thank you. Rude"
"Miserable lady at the counter told me I need to have my package taped before I brought it there. Meanwhile, the packaging tape that customers use to tape their package was laying on the counter. I've shipped FedEx packages from this location before with no issues. When I questioned her about it she said the other people who helped me must have been just nice. Please remove this rude miserable lady from your customer service staff"
