"I signed up for Trash Taxi through their website last week. However, my experience quickly turned sour due to significant flaws in their signup process. I received no confirmation email or any form of acknowledgment from the company, but my credit card is charged right away. Decided to call in today, but the representative I spoke to is unable to find my information within their system?! This lack of coherence between their website's signup and their internal records needs to be improved. It's important to ensure a seamless experience for customers."

We love that they have a 96 gallon recycling bin as my wife is a militant recycler ;) Customer service has always been prompt, genuine and customer oriented. "I tried signing up with this company after hearing good reviews about them from friends and online. Every time I try calling into the customer care I have to leave a message. Nobody picks up the phone. I signed up for services online and never got a welcome email or indication when I would receive my can, but they did take my money. After going back and forth with them I was told we were going to receive the can if we wait another week. Meaning we would wait a total of 2 weeks. That's just too long waiting around without a can. I cancelled my services immediately."

We moved to a new location a few years ago that required you to use a specific trash provider that was NOT Trash Taxi and was very displeased. Our neighborhood recently opened the opportunity for us to use Trash Taxi and we were SO HAPPY!! We've been using them again now for a few months and the service has been ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL! I recently worked with Marty from their service department and they were able to help me set up my billing instantly. We just have the best service experience with Trash Taxi, we love them--HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!"
