"395924076726 That’s the number of my package that was never received/located. Dare I say MIA. My name might as well be “6726” because that’s the only name FedEx used for me as they filtered me through every employee they had at the “support line”. I’m not a hard person to please and I pride myself on being patience. My patience’s are gone. I HAD an important conference coming up on 3/27/23. I trusted FedEx with my package. Everything was fine until it wasn’t . They delivered the package to the wrong address and marked it as shipped on 3/22/23. I received an email and immediately noticed my package at the wrong building. That’s when it calls started to FedEx. Since March 22, 2023, I have called FedEx several times. Each time I receive a text book scripted answer regarding my package”we are sorry” …“I understand this is important to you”.. “we see your package was delivered “..”someone will be calling you for an update” ..” I see you have made a claim “ and the best one “CAN YOU TAKE A SURVEY ON YOUR EXPERIENCE” I think I heard these statements so many times I could resist them for you. Not once did anyone put effort into actually locate the person that was on route that day to see if maybe he made a mistake and forgot to report properly or to see if they took it to a local FedEx. I even told each person I spoke with that I would pick it up. The response I received each time was “I see you are willing to pick the package up”. The package was last listed at Lagrange, Georgia FedEx. The next stop was to the wrong address. I don’t see how it’s been this hard to find my package. Did the driver take it home? Did they throw it away? Who knows. I still have not received this package nor have received a call from anyone letting me know what has been done or what they are doing to fix this issue. "I wasn't home on 3/22/23 when my package arrived. The driver was unable to leave package since a signature was needed. I went to the local center here in Lagrange and I must say the service was tremendous. I had to make several trips. Every time I arrived there was a different attendant at the front counter. I must say that each of the ladies were very kind and courteous. When it was all said and done they made sure that I received my package. Their patience and customer service made me feel very happy to be doing business with FedEx.."
