"Before this chick-fil-a moved from Commerce ave, they were fantastic. However, since moving to Vernon Rd and being busier the service has been seriously lacking. I go once a week through the drive through by placing a mobile order. And EVERY single time something is wrong or missing from my order. This new location is not meeting the standard of Chick-Fil-A"

"Absolutely the slowest Chick-fil-A. ever! Ever since the move from commerce Avenue They have not been able to get it together. They could definitely benefit from mobile order line in the drive-through. My most recent visit took 18 minutes from ordering to the window just for a large sweet tea,"

"Truly one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences we have ever had. We are from out of town and forgot about the time change. Our crew of 7 came just half an hour before closing and the crew warmly welcomed us in. We are well aware that it was close to closing, but the team never once made us feel rushed or unwelcomed. We did our best to get out by 9, but even then the team member that served us, Tyon, assured us not to rush. Our order was filled promptly and accurately. Tyon even came and offered us refills. Way to go, Chick-fil-A LaGrange and Tyon for giving us the full Chick-fil-A experience. Thanks for the friendly, fabulous service. This is what continues to bring us back!"

"Ran thru the drive thru for a quick breakfast. The mini chick meal is one of my favorite things from chick-fil-A. The service was excellent. They have this drive thru thing down like no other place I have ever experienced. The parking lot and exteriors are always clean and tidy. The service is always quick. The food is always good. Both food and service are always consistent. Great job guys. Thank you."
