"Went there for work. Everything went well."
"I'm going to give this place three stars because I have never been to this place so I wouldn't know the experience of this place I just need to know how far it is from where I live."
"I absolutely love my job I work in FIL department and been there for almost 2 months my department only works Monday through friday and 8 hours so I have to work on the weekends to make up for what was told to everyone from Temp agency to be 10 to 12 hours a day 7 days a week it really isnt that way just depends on department and how much u volunteer...I dont mind volunteering as it gives me something to do but also extra money in my pocket for my kids...I enjoy working with a great Supervisor I cant brag about her enough she jumps in and helps us anytime we need it in any of the areas most supervisors or higher ups think because they have senority they dont have to help when truly needed but not her she is great at filling in wherever needed for however long it takes...I hardly ever see her sitting down at her desk unless shes doing paperwork or sending emails on the computer. ..she is so awesome always a team player and encourages all of her team to be team players at all times..."
"For God's sake, DO NOT WORK HERE!! If you don't want to have friends, a relationship, days off, a LIFE, then this is the place for you. The "regular" schedule is supposed to be Mon-Fri 6:30 am-3pm. I was here for 3 months and I can count on ONE HAND how many Sundays I've had off. And Sat & Suns off? Fuggetaboutit! I can use one hand and use less than half of it to say how many ACTUAL weekends I've had off. One was my first week because it was super bowl weekend. And I can't remember the other. I lost my relationship with my significant other because I was at work all day long with NO days off. My commute was 45 mins everyday, so I put about 100 miles on my car everyday. They start with $9/hr, and when you get hired on (which takes 6 months to a year) guess how much the raise is? Nada! Zilch! Zero! The permanents always complain about never getting their raises on time (or at all), so apparently the white collars upstairs are taking advantage of their employees. There are people who have been there since the Kia plant opened (6 years) and as far as I know, no one makes even $11/hr! Maybe if you're a supervisor. It's also the most unorganized company I've ever worked for, and I've worked in restaurants better run than this place. And this is supposed to be a Fortune 500 company? They hire too many inexperienced people, who don't know the value of a job and don't take it seriously. DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA! I knew I messed up when on my first day working, I saw the employees playing dominoes! Yes, dominoes. There's nothing wrong with that, but in a place of employment? It just makes Hyundai look like a ghetto and ratchet place. Then they always threaten to "send you to the gate". I thought it was illegal to constantly hold a job over employees' heads like that. The team leaders treat everyone like crap, especially the elderly. The people that train for the driving test (mainly "Pops") have a nasty attitude and show no compassion or empathy. If you fail the test, they make you believe that you're gonna be fired. But they send you to VPC (but not before they patronize you). Then the employees quit left and right so we have to double, sometimes TRIPLE the workload. One day, out of 78 employees that were supposed to be in VPC, there were only 28! That should tell you something. It's so much more that I wanna say, but I think this review is long enough. I'd give it negative 100 stars if I could. Not a bitter former employee, but just giving a fair warning."
