"Today I witness and experience excellent customer service . At 1000 am subway was giving away 6 in subs for their new rollout menu.... FREE. The lady was working alone, she was Patient, posed, positive attitude and professional. Seems like a great recipe for a manager but she wasn't. She represented the co very well to be working solo. I was happy to see her operate. Usually, the employee is sort of short fused b/c they have no help but she seem to enjoy what she was doing. The sandwich was okay not a favorite but I left there saying to myself all the Subways should have exemplary employees like her. Wow....What a great experience. Thank you Subway!!"
