"Hate the phone service they try and use doesn't help with anything. Why giving 2 stars mostly Just easier to go in person. I'm always getting emails cuz I have a account to keep track of mail that says delivered but not in my mailbox. have to go online to submit a thing saying wasnt delivered. Or go in person cuz most of it doesn't show a picture."

"The people are nice but ZERO stars as they open and close when people are at work. Like how the heck can I pickup from my PO BOX packages you force me to go to the front desk to get. WE WORK past 4pm for most of the country. How lazy can the USPS get in their stores... Infuriating is an understatement. At least stay open till 630. This is why UPS and FedEx just run circles around the post."

"My mail carrier came to pick up some packages and didn't scan one of them so they either stole it or it's lost in the mail and they can only say oh well not our problem. Should have bought insurance. Why do I have to pay extra money to make sure if it's lost or one of them steals it they will be responsible."

"My mail carrier cannot figure out how to close a basic mailbox, I come home after driving to Texas every week and my mailbox is wide open with wet mail inside. I actually think they are messing with me because I'm a truck driver and I don't have a problem closing the front of my mailbox."

"Postal staff are always friendly and professional. They offer you stamps and can answer any questions concerning their services. The yard is always clean and grass cut weekly during growing season. Interior spaces always bright and clean. The only thing I would suggest for customers would be the installation of a stamp machine in their lobby. Keep up the great work my postal friends!"
