"Terrible service. The girl was going take the package no problem. Then she could not get the scanner to work. 3 more people fiddled with the gun them one one them said “Oh wait, we don’t have to take long packages” sorry sir. It was a 1lb fishing rod in a tube."
"Terrible customer service ! Went to utilize their fed ex service . Darin was extremely unhelpful. First stated sometimes the scanner doesn’t work. Then said he had to go find a scanner. Then with a irritated attitude said it would take him “a while” to sign in ect . Very disappointed I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Walgreens! Will never return to that location. I hope Darin is reprimanded and trained appropriately."
"When I arrived the staff @ Walgreens was minimal (due to covid?) so I had to wait, but I was able to drop the box off with no issue and the person handling the transaction was friendly and polite. I had missed the pickup window for Tuesday and was told so at drop off, but I fully expected the shipment to get picked up by FedEx on Wednesday, but NO, FedEx did not pick up the box until Thursday - no notification, no explanation, just flagged as an Exception on the online site. Won't use FedEx OnSite again as it does not appear to be reliable."
