"Pizza was excellent, speed was on time, but attention to detail not so great, with the 19.99 deal they left out our 2 liter soda and the two icings I paid for with the cinnamon sticks, all this after I left a pre-order 25% tip for the driver.. Not thrilled.."
"Most of the times you will get wrong toppings or less than what you ordered. Probably they will give some box that’s left over. But make sure you check the Pizza box at the store and leave the store."
"I had guest over and ordered the pizza at 5:45 PM. The pizza was not delivered till 8:15 PM. We called them again and again and it showed for 45 min atleast that it was on its way for delivery. We ended up cooking at home. we requested them to cancel the order but they didn’t. Finally cold pizza was delivered at 8:25 pm. Horrible experience."
"Worst customer experience today with dominos. I have ordered garlic bread twists and Brooklyn pizza. This is what I got it bread twists with out garlic and oval size pizza as shown in tiktoc video. When I asked for manager every employee says am the manager and one of them mentioned his name is Taylor. When I said am going to complain this experience every one is arrogant. Domino’s please have a look at surveillance system around 10 pm EST so that you have conversations happen d at store."
