"Jaime came to change my flat tire they were nice enough I even gave them a $10 tip. The problem started right then and there. They took my lock for my rims with them. While my tire was being repaired at Ellijay tire they promised to drop it off. He affirmed that he took it by mistake.Ellijay tire had to scramble to try and find a matching lock since they did not come by.They made something work. Two days later they still had not dropped it off three text later he kept promising to drop it off at my house.It has been over two weeks and he is not responsive. I would not trust these people to mow my grass. As far as I’m concerned they are thieves at this point. Now I got to go spend 20 bucks to go get my locks if I can find it. Now I’m going to file a complaint with State Farm who sent them."

"We parked our RV at a storage facility only to have it sink in the dirt. Our attempts to dislodge it failed and a tow truck was an obvious necessity. I called Georgia Mountain Towing and they came from across Gilmer County, on a Sunday, in short order. They took care to attach the tow cables with care and made sure the fiberglass front of the coach wasn't damaged. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I figured it would have been more. The gentleman were both courteous, professional, quick, and not over priced. I recommend them."

"I got my car stuck and needed to be towed up the driveway of the cabin I was staying at. After dealing with AAA for over 15 hours, I called Georgia Mountain Towing to see what their timeframe was. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and were able to tow my car off of the driveway and park it for me. It was a little pricey but worth every penny for how quickly and professionally they worked. I would definitely recommend this company."

"I high centered my car on a flat rock in the middle of nowhere. Jamie and Jeff rescued me. They were polite and professional. It took a great deal of maneuvering to get the car off the rock without damaging it. Thanks to Jamie's skill, they accomplished this. They saved my ride and my bacon!!"

"We used to use this business when I lived in Ellijay Georgia. (At least 5 times) They were reasonably priced until the last few times. I actually ended up just leaving a car there the last time I used them. Read the other reviews. The one guy had stuff stolen. I'd say that's about right considering their employee base. First couple times I used them was super short hauls for like $50 last time like 7 or 8 miles $390. So I chose to leave the junk jeep. Will never recommend this company and during my time in Ellijay I sent Jeff and a lot of business. There should also be a disclosure law about parolees and drug addicts that are convicted felons working with the public like they now employee."
