"Waited over a half hour to get to the drive through order window to have the person working the window tell us if we are in a hurry to go someplace else! They just lost my business and I'll let everyone else I knowabout this! Totally unexceptable customer service!"

"made an account just to leave this review, as i’ve never felt the need before but i’ve had it. absolutely horrific service from the cooks, the last 4 or 5 times me and my family have had inexcusable issues every time. Cold fries, undercooked bacon, unsalted fries, no sauce when asked, and 3 of those times we were flat out given someone else’s order, meaning two sets of people get screwed over in one go. terrible, terrible workers, it isn’t worth your time. do not eat here, they don’t care"

"The staff they do have are always kind and professional! However, the wait times are often ridiculous even at non peak hours. We waited in line for close to 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. This is a regular problem. They must be extremely short staffed. Management needs to either hire more people or off better pay to encourage more people to apply."

"I ordered online and went through the drive through and had a great experience here. The staff were helpful and friendly, and my hot was hot and fresh. I did need to wait a few minutes for the French toast sticks, but that’s to be expected and is worth it."

"The children love Wendy's. It was affordable for this single mom using up all her credit cards to make the end of this trip good. We ate well and the food was great. I didn't even expect them to have a fish sandwich so yes...I paid almost $11 for their fish meal. I was stuffed afterwards. Thankful for the affordability and goodness."
